An experience to live in harmony.

On Thursday, March 6, students of Grade 6 and 7 of the College Manuela Beltran lived wonderful and enriching experience to strengthening  their values.
Adolescents experienced keystone actions to share life with others, and act to live. Children participated in his first school life.
As teacher face the reality of children knowing their fears and lived experiences, manages my role not only as a teacher but as mediator in their lives, I recognize my role in their integral formation. Solve and prevent these problems begins with identification and knowledge, it is important to educate students on ways to fight them.
These experiences help children to grow and cultivate their values.

HOMEWORK ONE

Brief comparison between two educational systems (Finland vs Colombia )

In Finland,  the education is free from kindergarten to college, includes classes , dining , books and even the material , ensuring equality for all .
In Colombia the political constitution decree  that education is free in institutions of state. But this is in the theory, because in practice ,  we know it is not true because there are not  neccesary resources to guarantee free education , in terms of college-level studies do not there are guarantees by the state.

All teachers in Finland must have a master's degree and it is subsidized by the state .
In Colombia, the teachers do not have guarantee of  subsidy for postgraduate studies, that's one of the reasons why most of the teachers do not have a master's degree .

In Finland teachers work four hours a day and two hours in the work week as professional development .
In Colombia teachers work six hours a day in the classroom and two hours a day for class preparation.
